All users are provided with personalized credentials to access the Delta Novel portal to follow their shipments in real time and with full transparency at every step. Access to the Delta Novel portal can be obtained here. Upon invitation, the user will be able to set up a profile and activate users within the company. All documents can be downloaded from the Track and Trace menu item. All shipment documents are attached to the list of active shipments registered against a company.
