AFR Security Filing for Japan Under Green Ocean Lines HBL

IMPORTANT REMINDER - AFR SECURITY FILING FOR JAPAN UNDER GREEN OCEAN LINES HBL

1. If a shipment to Japan is made under a Green Ocean Lines HBL, then the AFR submission must be done via Trade Tech under our Green Ocean Lines environment (linked to the Japanese Customs).
2. Download the AFR template to complete and send it to Trade Tech Mumbai Team: mumbai@tradetech.net
3. Additional information to complete the template before sending it to Trade Tech: 
1. Green Ocean Lines NACCS Carrier code is: J5ZA
2. Billing Accounts: download the list of the billing accounts for each Ziegler branch here.
4. If an urgent filing is needed (short transit time for instance), the subject of your mail to Trade Tech must include the mention: “EMERGENCY FILING REQUEST”, and Trade Tech Hong Kong Team tts_hkg@tradetech.net must also be in copy. Trade Tech will usually charge an extra 5.50 € / HBL for handling filing requests in priority.
5. Once the AFR has been submitted by Trade Tech you receive a notification from them by mail.
6. Then it is your responsibility to monitor the status of the AFR under the Trade Tech web application.
7. Log in for the Trade Tech web application: https://login.tradetech.net  and then use your GOLP user ID.

Here is a guide for monitoring the security filings on the application. This procedure must be strictly followed to avoid any delay or possible penalties.
